FinPersona is a tax relief tracking and calculation tool designed for Malaysian taxpayers. The Service is provided by FinPersona and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Description of Service

FinPersona provides:

• Receipt scanning and data extraction using AI technology
• Categorization of expenses against LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri) tax relief categories
• Tax relief calculations and savings estimates
• Income tracking and tax bracket analysis
• Report generation for tax filing assistance

The Service is designed to help you track and organize your tax relief claims. It does not file taxes on your behalf.

3. Important Disclaimer - Not Tax Advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service provides estimates and suggestions, not guaranteed tax outcomes
• Tax laws and relief categories may change, and while we strive to keep information current, we cannot guarantee accuracy
• You should consult a qualified tax professional or LHDN directly for specific tax advice
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your tax filings with LHDN
• FinPersona is not liable for any tax penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from your tax filings

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Upload only receipts and documents that belong to you or for which you have authorization
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Review and verify all extracted data and calculations before using them for tax filing
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian tax laws and regulations

5. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or RM100, whichever is greater

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Termination

• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Is fraudulent or illegal

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
