How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the Finpersona app under Settings. Your data will be removed within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@finpersona.com with a description of the issue and your device type. Screenshots help. We investigate all reports.
Can I suggest a new feature?
Yes, please. Email hello@finpersona.com with your idea. We read every message and many features in Finpersona came from user suggestions.
Is Finpersona available for businesses?
Finpersona is currently designed for individual users and personal tax (Borang BE). Business tax and corporate features are on our roadmap.
